If you have heard my Foundation presentation, you will know I strongly encourage supporting The Rotary Foundation (TRF) annual fund.  Your contributions to the annual fund are invested by TRF for three years and then are made available to our district and world fund to fund the grants that enable us to have a positive impact on our local and international communities.  Your dues to Rotary International do not fund our grant programs.  It is your contributions to the Annual Fund that fund our District and Global Grants.

Our Foundation annual fund giving goal is an average of $100 per Rotarian in our district.  At the time this article was prepared, our district was averaging $67.11 per Rotarian.  However 9 clubs were at $100  or more average giving per Rotarian.  Another 9 clubs were in the $80 to $99 average per member.  We have one club that is qualified for a TRF Giving Banner with 100% club member participation in TRF giving and an average of $100 or more per Rotarian!

Our Rotary fiscal year ends on June 30, 2023, so you have time to move the needle.  Please take the time to review your commitment to annual fund giving.  Achieving an average of $100 per member will enable our district to continue to impact our local and international communities 3 years from now!

To make a contribution to TRF annual fund simple go to the TRF website https://my.rotary.org/en/ Under the Take Action tab you can select Give Now to make a contribution to the annual fund.  If you sign in to My Rotary, your personal and club giving record will be automatically updated.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if any questions on your personal or club contributions, or if you would like to schedule a foundation talk.
